Bonus Shares of These Companies Are Finally Listed in NEPSE for Trading

37,78,389.61 units bonus shares of Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

Lumbini Bikas Bank convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Dashrath Risal on Poush 9, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 13% bonus shares and 0.68% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the fiscal year 2077/2078.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, LBBL has an LTP of Rs. 488.30.

Similarly, 96,58,176.4290 units bonus shares of Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) have been listed in NEPSE.

Bank of Kathmandu convened its 27th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Prakash Shrestha on Mangsir 29, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 4% cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the fiscal year 2077/2078.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, BOKL has an LTP of Rs. 279.

65,07,767.81 units bonus shares of Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The company proposed a 100% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 06 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital: 75% bonus shares and 25% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, HDL has an LTP of Rs. 4,418.

10,28,494 units bonus shares of ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened its 18th AGM under the leadership of its chairman on Poush 5, 2078. The AGM endorsed the decision to provide 10% bonus shares and 4% cash dividends to its shareholders.

As of writing, ICFC has an LTP of Rs. 672.

In the same way, 84,56,300.53 units bonus shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

Muktinath Bikas Bank conducted its 15th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bharat Raj Dhakal on Mangsir 25, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide an 18.50% dividend including 17.575% bonus shares and remaining as cash dividends to its shareholders.

As of writing, MNBBL has an LTP of Rs. 522.

82,51,613.34 units bonus shares of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) have also been listed in NEPSE.

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank convened its 24th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Upendra Kesari Neupane on Poush 29, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend for taxation purposes to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the fiscal year 2077/2078.

The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, NCCB has an LTP of Rs. 262.
