Bonus Shares of These Four Companies Listed in NEPSE

1,65,00,000 unit bonus shares of Nepal Re-Insurance Company Limited (NRIC) have been listed in NEPSE

The 6th AGM of the company held on 22nd Poush, 2078 endorsed a 19% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Ashad 07 had decided to distribute 16.5% bonus shares and 2.5% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 10 Arba. After dividend adjustment, it will be Rs. 11.65 Arba.

Poush 14 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

Similarly, 25,66,057.4355 unit bonus shares of National Hydro Power Company Limited (NHPC) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 25th AGM of the company held on 30th Falgun, 2078 endorsed a 19.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 1,38,51,86,200. 18.525% bonus shares and 0.975% cash dividend have been proposed. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 25,66,05,743.55 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 1,35,05,565.45. The cash dividend is proposed for tax on bonus shares. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Falgun 13 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to the dividend payout. 

Likewise, 12,78,092.56 unit bonus shares of Prabhu Insurance Limited (PRIN) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 26th AGM of the company held on Chaitra 30, 2078 endorsed a 11.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 398th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 29 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,16,19,02,328. 11% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs 12.78 crores and 0.57% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 67.26 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Chaitra 17 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till that day are entitled to the dividend payout. 

In the same way, 12,06,013.05 unit bonus shares of NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 16th AGM of the company held on 17th Chaitra, 2078 endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 345th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 13 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,20,60,13,050. 10% bonus shares worth a little over Rs. 12.06 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 63.47 lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
