Bonus Shares of These Four Companies Now Listed in NEPSE

8,76,812 units bonus shares of First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FMDBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 12th AGM of the company held on Mangsir 18 endorsed a 10.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors held on Bhadra 19 decided to distribute the dividend from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 87,68,11,200. 10% bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend have been proposed. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 8,76,81,200 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 46,14,800. The cash dividend is proposed for tax on bonus shares.

Mangsir 05 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

29,49,663 units bonus shares of Butwal Power Company Limited (BPCL) have also been listed in NEPSE.

The 29th AGM of the company held on Poush 26 endorsed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The company had proposed 10% in bonus shares and 10% in cash dividends.

The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Similarly, 2,16,32,503.03 units bonus shares of Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) have been listed in NEPSE.

Global IME Bank convened its 15th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal on Mangsir 27, 2078. Apart from the regular financial reports, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 3.50% cash dividends to its shareholders.

In the same way, 1,36,16,468.76 bonus shares of Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) are now listed in NEPSE.

The 20th AGM of the company held on Poush 18 endorsed a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 228th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 23 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.34 Arba. 12% bonus shares worth Rs 1.36 Arba and 0.63% cash dividend (for tax purposes) have been proposed.

Poush 04 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
