Bonus Shares of These Three Companies Now Listed in NEPSE

2,95,812 unit bonus shares of Janautthan Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JSLBB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 11th AGM of the company endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 177th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.83 Arba. 25% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.95 crores and 1.3157% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 15.56 lakh were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed.

9,97,000 unit bonus shares of Summit Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFDB) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 13th AGM of the company endorsed a 25.285316% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 17th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 13 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 39.43 crores. The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares. Thus, 25% bonus shares are worth Rs. 9.97 crores.

Similarly, 7,10,162.64 unit bonus shares of Everest Insurance Company Limited (EIC) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company had convened its 27th AGM on 21st Baisakh, 2079. The AGM had endorsed 6.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The 121st meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 10 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1,18,36,04,400. 6% bonus shares and 0.3158% cash dividend were proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 7.1 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 37.37 lakhs. The cash dividend was proposed for the tax amount on bonus shares. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
