Bonus Shares of These Three Microfinance Companies Listed in NEPSE

405,232 unit bonus shares of Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ULBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 4th AGM on Falgun 18 and endorsed a 65% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 13 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.56 crores. 61.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 4.05 crores and 3.25% cash dividend worth Rs. 21.32 were proposed.
Similarly, 40,67,475.6918 unit bonus shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 21st AGM on 10th Chaitra and endorsed 26% bonus shares worth Rs. 40.67 crores and 1.368% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth slightly over Rs. 2.14 crores from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.56 Arba.
Likewise, 5,76,450.99 unit bonus shares of Naya Sarathi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NSLB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company through its 14th AGM endorsed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 19% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.76 crores and a 1% cash dividend worth Rs. 30.33 lakhs were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 303,395,300.
