Bonus Shares of These Two Companies Now Listed in NEPSE

3,40,874.3575 unit bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 13th AGM of the company held on 29th Poush, 2078 endorsed a 26.3157895% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.The 216th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 24 had decided to distribute 25% bonus shares and 1.3157895% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 13,63,49,743, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 3.4 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 17.94 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Poush 19 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.

6,02,202.61 unit bonus shares of Aarambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The AGM of the company held on 27th Chaitra, 2078 endorsed a 21% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.The 114th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 25 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 28,67,63,148. The entirety of the dividend has been proposed in bonus shares. Thus, the shares are worth Rs. 6,02,20,261. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Chaitra 17 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
