Bonus Shares of United IDI Mardi and RB Hydropower and Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

2,31,000 unit bonus shares of United IDI Mardi and RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened the 14th AGM on 17th Falgun and endorsed 5.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.31 crore from the accumulated profit for the fiscal year 2079/80. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

As of yesterday, UMRH closed at Rs. 359.50.

Similarly, 2,13,720.71 unit bonus shares of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company convened the 10th AGM on 29th Chaitra and endorsed a 5.7076% dividend worth Rs. 2.24 Crores for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 150th board of directors meeting on Mangsir 24 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 39.41 Crores. 5.4222% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.13 Crores and 0.2854% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 11.24 Lakhs were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

SMATA closed at Rs. 938 yesterday.
