Bottlers Nepal Terai (BNT) Calls AGM to Endorse Dividend; Book Closure on Poush 20

Bottlers Nepal Terai Limited (BNT) has called its 37th AGM on 27th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Soaltee Hotel, Tahachal, Kathmandu, starting at 12 PM that day.
These are the agendas of BNT's AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Board of Directors.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and approval of their compensation.
4) Endorse a cash dividend of Rs 60 per share to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2079/80.
5) Misc.
Poush 20 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till Poush 19 can attend the AGM and are entitled to dividend payout.
