Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited (BNT) distributed a 50% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders starting from Magh 6, 2081.
The manufacturing company held its 38th AGM for the FY 2080/81 on 26th Poush, 2081, where it approved a cash dividend of Rs 50 per share. The same cash dividend was subsequently deposited.
The company had urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they had not done so or update their bank information in their Demat accounts to receive the dividend.
Additionally, eligible investors who had taken a loan against the company’s shares before the book closure date were required to present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
