BPW Laghubitta Calls 4th AGM on Ashad 26 to Endorse Merger-Related Agendas

BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (BPW) has called its 4th AGM on 26th Ashad, 2080. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet located at Bagaicha Restro & Bar, Lalitpur, starting at 11 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will pass a resolution regarding evaluating and endorsing the Due Diligence Audit, Due Diligence Report, and Scheme of Arrangement for a merger between Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) and BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (BPW). The meeting will also approve the proposal to provide full authority to the board of directors to amend various merger-related proceedings accordingly if any instructions are received from the regulatory bodies. There's also agenda to elect 2 directors from the public shareholding group.
SLBSL and BPW signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the merger on Poush 03, 2079.
The book closure date is from Ashad 12 to Ashad 26. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
