Breaking Records: Nepal's Gold Market Hits All-Time High

Gold prices have reached a historic high in the Nepalese market, spurred by a notable one-day increase of Rs. 600.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is currently trading at Rs. 1,65,000 per tola, surpassing yesterday's rate of Rs. 1,64,400 per tola.

Tejabi gold also saw a rise, climbing to Rs. 1,64,300 per tola from the previous day's Rs. 1,63,700 per tola.

This surge represents a significant milestone, following the previous record set on October 19, 2024, when fine gold hit Rs. 1,64,400 per tola.

Meanwhile, silver prices have increased by Rs. 30 per tola, now standing at Rs. 2,075 per tola, up from Rs. 1,980 per tola the day before.
