Breaking Records: Nepal's Gold Market Hits All-Time High

Gold prices in Nepal continue to rise daily, setting new records. Today, the price surged by Rs. 1,800 in a single day, reaching an all-time high.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold now stands at Rs. 179,700 per tola, surpassing the previous day’s rate of Rs. 177,900 per tola. This sharp increase marks a significant jump within a short span.

Similarly, Tejabi gold, a popular variant, saw a notable rise, reaching Rs. 179,000 per tola, up from Rs. 177,200 per tola the previous day.

The continuous rise in gold prices has set a new record in Nepal’s gold market, surpassing the previous all-time high of Rs. 177,900 per tola recorded on March 31, 2025.

In contrast, the price of silver remains stable at Rs. 2,035 per tola.
