Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Calls SGM on Jestha 30; Agenda to Endorse Issuance of 100% Right Shares

Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 30th Jestha, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Company Register Office, Panipokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 am that day.
The company has proposed a 1: 1 ratio rights offering (100%) on the paid-up capital of Rs. 40 Crores which will be issued only after approval by regulatory bodies. After the issuance of 100% right shares, the paid-up capital will increase to Rs. 80 Crore and there is an agenda to increase the capital of the company.
Jestha 23 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this meeting.
