Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Calls AGM on 5th Falgun; What are the Agendas?

Buddha Bhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (BNHC) has called its 14th AGM on 5th Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in Walnut Bistro and Banquet, Panipokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2077/78 and 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Elect 2 directors from public shareholding (Group B).
5) Appoint an independent director.
6) Approve the financial support done by the company under social responsibility.
7) Approve the excess loans taken by the company.

Magh 19 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
