Cash Dividend Declarations: 15% for Sanima Equity Fund, 10% for Sanima Growth Fund, and 10% for Sanima Large Cap Fund

Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF), and Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) have declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81 respectively.
The meeting of the board of directors of Sanima Capital Limited held on Bhadra 14 has decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 19.50 Crore to Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF), a 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 12 Crore to the unitholders of Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF), and 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 6,72,53,260 to the unitholders of Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Sanima Growth Fund (SAGF) is a closed-ended mutual fund with an 11-year maturity period, while both Sanima Equity Fund (SAEF) and Sanima Large Cap Fund (SLCF) are closed-end mutual funds with a 7-year maturity period each. All these funds are sponsored by Sanima Bank Limited and managed by Sanima Capital.
For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of SAEF is reported as Rs. 11.55, with a closing value of Rs. 12.17. The NAV of SAGF stands at Rs. 11.35, and it closed at Rs. 10.11. Meanwhile, the NAV of SLCF is Rs. 10.35, and it closed at Rs. 9.36.
