Cash dividend worth Rs.5.20 Crore announced by Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance for FY 75/76; NEPSE publishes a notice

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the dividend decision of Guheswori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMFIL).

The 209^th BOD meeting of the company held on Kartik 24, 2076 has decided that the company will distribute 6.50% cash dividend worth Rs.5.20 Crore (including tax) out of the profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders of the company.

The decision is subject to approval from NRB after which it will be endorsed in the 18^th AGM of the company. The current paid up capital of the finance company stands at Rs.80 Crore.
