CBIL Securities, Subsidiary of Citizens Bank, Successfully Conducts First AGM

Citizens Bank International Limited's subsidiary, CBIL Securities Limited, held its first annual general meeting on Poush 28, 2080 (Saturday) at the office premises in Kupondole, with Mr. Saptaman Bajracharya presiding as the Chairman. The meeting approved financial details, including profits and losses, for the fiscal years 2075/76 to 2079/80.

The company's AGM elected four directors: Mr. Ramdhan Shrestha, Mr. Saptaman Bajracharya, Mrs. Siju Shakya, and Mr. Srijesh Gyawali.
