CDSC Issues Immediate Suspension of Bo-Bo Transfers Due to High Volume

Due to a significant increase in BO-BO (Beneficial Owners to Beneficial Owners) transfers CDS and Clearing Limited has issued an immediate suspension of these transfers.

Effective from today, until further notice, the transfer of these shares between demat accounts will require mandatory documentation verifying any financial liabilities. BO-BO transfer operations will only be processed and approved upon submission of the necessary documentation.

Demat account holders are assured that this suspension will not affect their ability to buy or sell shares in the secondary market.
