CEDB Hydropower Development Company Calls SGM on 20th Kartik; What are the Agendas?

CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited (CHDC) has called its SGM on 20th Kartik, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Kalimati Banquet, Kalimati, Kathmandu, starting at 8 AM that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report of the company
2) To authorize the Board of Directors to make modifications and additions to the proposed amendments of the company's memorandum and articles of association, as per the regulatory body's instructions, if necessary.
3) To elect 5 board of directors.
4) Miscellaneous.
The book closure date is on Kartik 12, 2081. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend the SGM.
