CEDB Hydropower Development Company Limited has officially changed its name to CEDB Holdings Limited. This decision was approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 21, 2081, which covered the fiscal years 2079/80 and 2080/81.

The Office of the Company Registrar granted final approval for the name change on Kartik 20, 2081. This new name reflects the company’s broader goals and vision, as CEDB Holdings Limited aims to expand its business beyond hydropower.
