Central Finance Limited Decides Not To Distribute Dividends of FY 2079/80

Central Finance Limited (CFCL) has declared that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The decision was made during the 335th Board Meeting held on Falgun 04. However, it is important to note that this decision is contingent upon the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
According to the company's fourth-quarter report for the fiscal year 2079/80, it recorded a net profit of Rs. 3.47 Crores.
