Centurion Hotel, Biratnagar, Partners with NexGen Management to Elevate Operations and Capital

An agreement was signed between The Centurion Hotel, Biratnagar, and NexGen Management to raise capital, attract investors, and manage operations.

The deal, finalized on Jestha 30th, 2081 at the Century Group of Company's office in Gyaneshwar, was signed by President Motilal Dugar of Centurion Hotel and President Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai of NexGen Management. The Centurion Hotel, a 10-storey building on Dharan Road in Biratnagar, includes commercial shops, meeting rooms, and a banquet hall.

A 146-room five-star hotel, part of the building, will operate under an agreement with the international brand Vision Hotel Group since July 2022. Led by industrialist Motilal Dugar, the hotel aims to achieve international standards with additional capital for upgrades and construction.

NexGen Management Solutions Private Limited, known for wealth management and business consultancy, will facilitate capital raising and investor recruitment for the hotel project. The company has a track record in advising large and medium-sized industrial ventures and recently secured investments from MAVC, a Korean firm, in Nepal's industries during an international investment conference.
