Century Bank Allotted "10.50% Century Debenture 2088" to The Valid Applicants on Jestha 10

Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has allotted its "10.50% Century Debenture 2088 (10CD88)" to the valid applicants on 10th Jestha, 2079.

The issue had opened on 21st Baisakh, 2079. The early closing date was on 25th Baisakh. Since the issue was not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the deadline was extended till Jestha 04.

22,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 60% of the issue, i.e. 13,20,000 units were to be subscribed via private placement. Meanwhile, 40%, i.e. 8,80,000 units were issued to the general public of which 10,000 unit debenture was already allotted to mutual funds. Investors could apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 8,70,000 units.

As the name suggests, the "10.50% Century Debenture 2088" will yield 10.50% annual returns to unitholders till its date of maturity, i.e. year 2088 BS.
