The story of termination of appointment of Chandra Singh Saud has again taken a new turn in the plot. After the cabinet had revoked his appointment, he had reached the Supreme Court which gave its verdict in his favour.

The court had instructed Mr Saud to join the office. And following the court’s order he had gone to the office situated at Singha Durbar Plaza, Kathmandu. There he was denied to make his attendance by the chairman of BoD of NEPSE, Mr Laxman Neupane.

Mr Neupane said that he will not let Mr Saud attend the office as he has not received any kind of letter from the Ministry of Finance regarding the issue. Currently, the under-secretary of Ministry of Finance, Mr Ramesh Aryal has been working in the office of Mr Suad.

Mr Suad was not denied to attend the office yesterday but this kind of unexpected act has created a buzz among the people. It is yet to be seen where this scenario will lead but it does not seem to be heading towards a good ending.
