Chandragiri Hills Limited Calls 13th AGM on Poush 21; What are the Agendas?

Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has called its 13th AGM on 21st Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Chandragiri Hills Limited office in Thankot premises starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of the annual report to be presented by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) To elect a Board of Directors from founding shareholders.

Poush 12 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
