Chandragiri Hills Limited (CGH) has called its 15th AGM on 3rd Poush, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Chandragiri Hills Limited office in Thankot premises starting at 11:00 am.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report to be presented by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year 2080/81.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor and determine the remuneration for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To approve the appointment of the board of directors.
5) Miscellaneous.
The company has not proposed any dividend for FY 2080/81.
Mangsir 21 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM.
