Chhimek Laghubitta convenes 21st AGM; endorses 25.26% dividend for its shareholders

Chhimek Laghubitta convened its 21^st AGM on Chaitra 10, 2079 under the leadership of company’s chair Mr. Ram Chandra Joshi.

The AGM has decided to approve 22% bonus shares and a 3.26% cash dividend for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.

The AGM has also endorsed the proposal to increase the authorized capital of the microfinance to Rs 3.75 arba. The company has felicitated its employees who have been part of its growth for more than the last 16 years, as per the media statement.

Microfinance has 195 branches in 69 districts and serves more than 4.27 lakh rural households in Nepal, as per the media statement.
