Chilime Engineering and Services Company has appointed Siddhartha Capital as issue manager for the issuance of its 2.97 lakh unit shares to the general public through an IPO process.
The agreement was signed between CEO of Chilime Engineering Mr. Prajesh Bikram Thapa and Mr. Sandeep Karki from the merchant bank amid a program on Asar 10, 2080.
