Chilime Hydropower And Bhagawati Hydropower Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) has distributed a 5% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 27th AGM for the FY 2079/80 on Poush 20, 2080. The company endorsed a 15% dividend for FY 2079/80. The 423rd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 22 has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 72.58 and 5% cash dividends worth Rs. 36.29 Crores each were proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 7.25 Arba.
Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited (BGWT) has distributed a 10.5263% cash dividend directly to bank accounts and urged its shareholders to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 23rd AGM for the FY 2079/80 on Poush 24, 2080. The company endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 24 has proposed a 10.5263% cash dividend worth Rs. 6.02 Crores for the fiscal year 2079/80. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 57.21 Crores.
Also, the company has urged the shareholders to dematerialize their shares if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account and are requested to do so to receive the dividend.
Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
