Chirkhwa Hydro Power Calls AGM On Chaitra 20; When's the Book Closure Date?

Chirkhwa Hydro Power Limited (CKHL) has called its 6th AGM on 20th Chaitra, 2081. The meeting will be held in Kundalini Royals, Attarkhel, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal years 2080/81.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To approve the decisions made by the board of directors in FY 2080/81.
5) To elect 5 directors representing the promoter shareholding group.
6) Misc.
The book closure date is from Chaitra 12. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
