CIAA files case against assistant registrar Panthi; had arrested Panthi red handed with Rs.1 Lakh bribe

The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against assistant registrar at Office of the Company Registrar, Tripureshwor, Gita Kumari Panthi, at the Special Court.
The CIAA team had arrested Panthi red handed while receiving Rs 100,000 as bribe. Panthi had asked for bribe with a private school of Kathmandu Valley, luring it of tax discount.
Assistant Spokesperson at CIAA, Madan Koirala, said the CIAA filed the case against Panthi demanding fine equal to the corruption and the jail term as well
