Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) Calls AGM; When's the Book Closure Date?

Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) has called its 26th AGM on Ashad 18. The meeting will be held in the Trust's central office in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 2 pm that day.
For the AGM, Ashad 08 is the book closure date. Thus, investors maintained before that day can attend the AGM. The company has proposed 9% bonus shares and an 8.8947% cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 27 crores and the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 26.68 crores. Thus, the total paid up capital post this bonus share would be Rs 327 crores.
CIT has reported a net profit of Rs. 59.20 crores in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2077-2078. This is an increase of 56.04% compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year. As per the report published by the company, the paid-up capital stands at Rs. 3.00 Arba. Similarly, the company reported a reserve fund (Depositors Fund) of Rs. 13.26 Arba.
The earnings per share stood at Rs. 26.31 whereas the net worth per share stood at Rs. 156. The company reported a Return on Investment of 8% which is a decline in this quarter.
As of writing, CIT has an LTP of Rs. 4,112.
