Citizen Life Insurance Company Calls 6th AGM on Baisakh 21; What Are the Agendas?

Citizen Life Insurance Company (CLICL) will be convening its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21st Baisakh, 2080 at the company's head office located at Thapathali, Kathmandu from 3 PM onwards.

The agendas of the meeting include:

1) Discussion and approval of the Annual Report to be presented by the Chairman.
2) Discussion and approval of financial statements of the FY 2078/79.
3) Appointment of the auditor for the year 2079/80.
4) To contribute Rs. 750,000 for the treatment of Covid affected people under the Corona Relief and Prevention Fund established by the Government of Nepal for the prevention of Corona virus (Covid-19)
