Citizen Life Insurance Company Proposes 28.40% Dividend For FY 2080/81

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) proposes a 28.40% dividend for FY 2080/81.

The 115th Board of Directors meeting on Falgun 8 has proposed a 28.40434698% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. 26.98412698% bonus shares and 1.42022% cash dividends have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 1.06 Arba, and the cash dividend (including tax) is worth Rs. 5.59 crore. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 3.93 Arba.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
