Citizen Life Insurance Completes 'Citizen Annual Business Retreat 2081' in Pokhara

The "Citizen Annual Business Retreat 2081," organized by Citizen Life Insurance, was successfully held in Pokhara from Mangsir 14th to 16th at Hotel Pokhara Grand. The event saw the participation of 250 individuals from across the country.

The program aimed to enhance knowledge and skills among Citizen Life's leaders, with training provided by international coach Vijay Kumar Jha, focusing on areas like sales, personality development, communication, and personal presentation.

Participants showcased cultural diversity through traditional performances, and team-building activities were also included. The program allowed attendees to explore Pokhara's tourist sites and discuss the region's social and economic environment.

Key company officials, including CEO Poshak Raj Paudel, were present at the event. Paudel emphasized the potential for business and personal growth and announced plans for similar training programs in the future.
