Citizens Bank appoints Himalayan Capital as issue manager for its 3 arba worth debenture; to provide 10% interest annually for 10 years

Citizens Bank has appointed Himalayan Capital as the issue manager to float its Rs 3 arba worth 10% Debenture 2090 to the general public as well as the institutional investors.
The debenture will provide 10% interest annually for the coming ten years, as per the media statement.
The MoU was signed between the CEO of the bank Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel and the CEO of the merchant bank Mr. Parmeswor Pant amid a program.
The bank currently provides its services to its customers from its 183 branches, 140 ATM terminals, 3 extension counters, and 97 branchless banking units under its network.
