Citizens Bank begins joint transaction after acquiring Tinau Mission development Bank; revamped institution to have capital base of 11.66 arba with 166 branches

Citizens Bank has started a joint transaction after successfully acquiring the Tinau Mission Development Bank from Chaitra 14, 2077.
The joint transaction was kickstarted by the chairman of Citizens Bank Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari amid a program. Shareholders of then Tinau Mission Development Bank will now get 96 shares of Citizens Bank for every 100 shares of the development bank, as per the media statement.
Per the recent data, the joint entity will have a deposit figure of Rs 127 Arba, Rs 113 Arba loan figure, 166 branches, and Rs 11.66 Arba in paid-up value.
