Citizens Bank Calls AGM to Endorse Dividend and Elect BOD

Citizens Bank International Limited has called its 15th AGM on 16th Kartik, 2078. The meeting will be held in the company's central office in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, starting at 4 pm that day.

Among other agendas, the AGM will endorse the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute a 16% of the paid-up capital as a dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The paid-up capital of the company as of the end of the fiscal year 2077/78 was Rs. 12.57 Arba. Thus, 12.913% will be distributed as bonus shares worth Rs 1.62 Arba and the remaining 3.087% will be distributed as a cash dividend worth Rs 38.82 crore.

Furthermore, the AGM will also elect board members from the public shareholders.

Ashoj 22 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
