Citizens Bank convenes its 17th AGM; endorses 5.79% cash dividend for its shareholders

Citizens Bank has convened its 17th AGM for the FY 2079-80 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandhari on Ashoj 26, 2080.
Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM also endorsed the proposal to provide 5.79% cash dividend worth Rs 82.21 crore, as per the media statement.
The AGM has also elected Mr. Prabal Jung Pandey, Ms. Sita Karki K.C., Mr. Sajan Sharma and Mr. DigVijay Bista as the board members from the promoter shareholder group, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 188 branches, 148 ATM booths, and 97 branchless banking units under its network.
