Citizens Bank Expands Reach with New Branch Openings in Dhading
Citizens Bank International Limited has expanded its branch network by opening two new branches in Gajuri and Dharke, Dhading, marking a total of 192 branches nationwide.
The CEO, Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel, inaugurated these branches, emphasizing the bank's commitment to providing excellent service and fostering good governance.
The branches aim to cater to the financial needs of residents and businesses, offering retail banking services and incentives such as free corporate mobile banking and internet banking for the first year.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank also donated a computer set and printer to Shree Pathalini Basic School in Gajuri. Looking ahead, the bank plans to expand its reach to 60 districts by opening five more branches this fiscal year, aiming to enhance accessibility and customer service across Nepal.
Currently serving 17.5 lakh customers through 192 branches, 155 ATMs, and 98 branchless banking units nationwide, Citizens Bank International plans to expand further, aiming to operate in 60 districts by adding five more branches in the current fiscal year.
