Citizens Bank Expands with 199th Branch in Harisiddhi, Offers Exclusive Banking Benefits

Citizens Bank International Limited has inaugurated its 199th branch in Harisiddhi, Lalitpur, expanding its presence to 40 branches in the Kathmandu Valley and 56 in Bagmati Province. The new branch was inaugurated by Chairman Prabal Jung Pandey, who emphasized the bank’s commitment to providing secure and accessible banking services. The event was attended by senior management, local representatives, business leaders, and community members.

The branch offers comprehensive retail banking services, with a focus on enhancing financial accessibility for small and medium enterprises. To mark the opening, the bank is providing free corporate mobile and internet banking for a year, discounts on Demat account fees, and special offers on locker services.

Recently, Citizens Bank was awarded the prestigious "Bank of the Year 2024" and launched Nepal’s first virtual credit card, "Citizens PhonePay Credit Card," along with innovative digital banking services. With operations in 60 districts, the bank serves over 1.85 million customers through 199 branches, 164 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 74 branchless banking units.
