Citizens Bank Honors Long-Serving Employees and Celebrates 18 Years of Banking Excellence

Citizens Bank International Limited, which started its banking services 18 years ago with 43 employees, recently honored 79 employees for their long service: 61 for 10 years and 18 for 15 years. The bank celebrated Employee Day (Chaitra 1) and is marking its 18th anniversary with a month-long celebration.

Ganesh Raj Pokharel recognized the contribution of employees in the bank’s growth and urged them to continue their dedication. The bank also launched its 2082 calendar and introduced new services, including the "Citizens Fone Pay Credit Card" and mobile banking for stock applications. It currently operates 199 branches and 166 ATMs and provides services to over 1.8 million customers.
