Citizens Bank International Expands Presence with New Branch in Pokhara

Citizens Bank International Limited recently opened its 193rd branch in Biruta, Pokhara Metropolitan City, Kaski, Gandaki Province, marking its 14th branch in Gandaki province.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel, the bank's CEO, who emphasized enhanced customer service and announced plans for another branch in Pokhara.

The branch aims to offer comprehensive retail banking services and promote financial access for small to corporate businesses. Additionally, the bank launched promotional offers including free corporate mobile and internet banking for a year, discounts on de-mat account fees, and locker facilities.

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank donated daily consumables to Gupteshwor Mahadev Ved Vigyan Pathsala in Pokhara. Currently operating in 56 districts, the bank plans to expand to 60 districts with four more branches this fiscal year.
