Citizens Bank International Expands Reach with Three New Branch Openings
Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) recently expanded its branch network by opening three new branches in the Sudurpaschim and Karnali provinces: Amargadhi Dadeldhura, Mahakali Darchula, and Dullu Dailekh.
With these additions, the bank now operates 197 branches nationwide, distributed across various provinces including 27 in Koshi, 29 in Madhesh, 54 in Bagmati, 15 in Gandaki, 51 in Lumbini, 11 in Karnali, and 10 in Sudurpaschim provinces.
During a ceremony at the bank's headquarters, CEO Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel congratulated the staff of the new branches and emphasized providing top-notch banking services to win customer trust.
Plans include expanding further into Karnali and other districts of Sudurpaschim Province. The new branches aim to offer comprehensive retail banking services to meet diverse financial needs, especially for small and medium-sized businesses.
To mark the branch openings, the bank is offering free corporate mobile banking and internet banking services for the first year to new account holders, along with discounts on demat account opening fees.
Citizens Bank International Limited currently serves approximately 1.8 million customers through its extensive network, which includes 160 ATMs, 3 extension counters, and 98 branchless banking units spanning 60 districts.
