Citizens Bank International Launches Financial Awareness Campaign to Combat Banking Fraud
Citizens Bank International Limited has released a financial awareness video to educate customers about rising banking fraud.
The video, launched by CEO Ganeshraj Pokharel during a conference in Kathmandu, aims to increase customer awareness and reduce fraud by highlighting scams involving fake requests for passwords, OTPs, and false lottery wins.
The bank, which serves around 1.8 million customers through its extensive network, hopes the video will help protect customers from fraudulent activities.
Pokharel also urged employees to strive for excellence and contribute fully to making Citizens Bank a leader in the sector.
