Citizens Bank International Launches Learning Centers Across Provinces

Citizens Bank International Limited has established learning centers across all its provincial offices, including Biratnagar, Janakpur, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadhi. These centers are designed to facilitate employee training, regional programs, meetings, and seminars.

Each center can accommodate varying numbers of participants simultaneously, such as 57 in Koshi, 77 in Madhesh, 80 in Bagmati, 33 in Gandaki, 56 in Lumbini, 28 in Karnali, and 34 in Sudurpaschim provinces.

The virtual inauguration ceremony was led by Chairman Mr. Prabal Jung Pandey, emphasizing the centers' role in enhancing employee skills and capabilities through workshops and training programs. The initiative aims to strengthen employee performance across the bank's operations nationwide.
