Citizens Bank International Limited Declares Book Closure Date for 4.21% Dividend

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has announced the book closure date for its 4.21% dividend and 18th AGM. The details of the AGM are yet to be announced.

Ashwin 29 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

The 463rd meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Ashwin 7 decided to distribute a 0.21% cash dividend worth RS. 2.98 Crores and a 4% bonus share worth Rs. 56.80 Crores. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 14.20 Arba. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.
