Citizens Bank International Limited: Empowering Communities with Social Initiatives and Innovative Services

Citizens Bank International Limited, recently awarded "Bank of the Year 2024," has been actively involved in various social initiatives. In collaboration with Maitri Samaj Nepal, the bank provided Braille educational materials to blind children in Surkhet, aiming to improve their educational access. The bank's support includes Braille paper and other materials to assist disabled children in their studies.

Additionally, Citizens Bank launched the "Citizens FonePay Credit Card" in Nepal, in partnership with FonePay. This virtual credit card allows users to access credit card facilities without needing a physical card. With over 1.8 million customers, the bank operates through 162 ATMs, 3 extended counters, and 74 branchless banking units, providing modern banking services nationwide.
