Citizens Bank International Limited Holds 18th Annual General Meeting in Kathmandu

The 18th Annual General Meeting of Citizens Bank International Limited took place on Monday, 12th Kartik 2081, under the chairmanship of Mr. Prabal Jung Pandey, Chairman of the Board.

During the meeting, the annual report for 2080/81 was reviewed and approved, along with the 2081 Balance Sheet, which included the auditor's report and consolidated financial statements.

The assembly approved a 4% bonus shares distribution worth Rs. 56,803,896, along with a cash dividend of Rs. 2,989,678, bringing the total to Rs. 59,793,747.

The chairman reassured shareholders that the bank would act on their suggestions and strive to improve corporate governance and compliance. He also expressed appreciation for the ongoing support from shareholders and stakeholders. Currently, Citizens Bank serves over 1.8 million customers through 197 branches, 162 ATMs, and various other banking units across 60 districts.
