Citizens Bank International virtually convenes its 14th AGM; endorses proposal of 11% dividend to its shareholders

Citizens Bank has virtually convened its 14th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Mangsir 21, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Mr. Rajan Singh Bhandari.
The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 8% bonus shares worth Rs 72.71 crore and 3% cash dividend worth Rs 27.26 crore to the shareholders, as per the media statement.
The bank had earned Rs 1.11 arba as net profit last FY, had Rs 92.59 arba as collected deposit, Rs 81.28 arba as loan disbursement, as per the media statement.
The bank currently has 111 branches, 104 branchless banking units and 99 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
